Squash Caption in Tanzania, Mr Akil HIjri, Speaking
during a meeting of Squash Section which have done yesterday at Gymkhana hall,
The visual plan of the meeting is to promote squash at the national level and
to support participation in International Tournament.
The other theme is to enhance people’s health and well being by increasing participation in squash to enrich the experience of our
members of all ages.
Mr. Akil said that
he goal for the plan is to create a road-map and to achieve its vision.
He added, that, Squash committee will focus on key
strategic priorities :
> To develop our youth and to create more
squash players of our club
>
Increase membership
>
Build awareness
>
Increase participation
>
Renovation of squash courts
>
Create and invite school teams
> To create ladies team
> To revive squash racquet association
>
Conduct training for members
> Conduct tournaments with various sport clubs
in DSM
> To create incentives for school students
